Guest Services

The 320 Guest Ranch is now hiring for a temporary Front Desk Staff position starting mid August 2011.  Looking for team players with friendly and outgoing personalities.  A positive attitude is a must.  
Bunkhouse style housing available.  


As front desk staff at the 320 Ranch you are the guests’ primary resource for information, correspondence with management, and general help or service. Plus you also have several administrative tasks. In a nutshell, you are responsible for answering and directing all incoming phone calls; checking guests in and out of the computer; setting up guests’ activities; taking dinner/lodging/horseback riding/fly fishing reservations; conducting the night audit and associated paperwork. Finally, you are the guests’ first and last impression of the 320 Guest Ranch. As such, providing a warm, enthusiastic and professional welcome, as well as a friendly, appreciative and professional farewell are perhaps two of your most important responsibilities

Wranglers

We are looking for wranglers with experience as well as extensive horse background. The main duty is the care and upkeep of the animals and overseeing the animals on the trails while being ridden by guests. Cleaning out stalls, feeding horses, saddling horses and going out on trail rides are part of the duties. CPR and first aid certification is required for this position. In the winter, chopping wood, stacking wood at cabins, snow removal and driving the sleigh teams are also a part of the position. Benefits:

We do offer limited bunkhouse housing for employees. Separate houses for men and woman. Rooms are shared with other staff members. No employees are allowed to have pets of any kind on property.

Discounts on food and beverage at the 320 Steak House are provided for staff, as well as discounts on trail rides, sleigh rides and other activities, based on availability. Discounts with local area vendors are also provided for staff.

Healthcare is provided based on length of service and for full time employees.

Big Sky’s  Lone Mountain summit is 11,166 feet. Photos of the Ranch
