Starters

Wild King Salmon Cakes

In House smoked King Salmon cakes over field greens

served with a Flathead-cherry chipotle sauce  

Rocky Mountain Oysters

Fried Rocky Mountain oysters over prosciutto creamed corn topped

with roasted red pepper coulis   

Smoked Trout Dip

A blend of smoked trout, roasted red pepper, and horseradish cream cheese

topped with a dill and panko crust served with pita chips   

Sautéed Mushrooms and Game

A variety of mushrooms sautéed then finished with madeira cream sauce and gremolata served in a sizzling iron skillet ~ add a combination of elk, bison, and beef

Caesar Salad

Romaine lettuce tossed in house made Caesar dressing with parmesan and croutons   

Beet Carpaccio

A variety of poached beets topped with mixed greens, candied walnuts, and goat cheese tossed with white balsamic & honey dressing  

Lettuce Wedge

Wedge of iceberg topped with candied Dailey’s bacon, cherry tomatoes, fresh chives, and blue cheese dressing   

Soup or Chili

Ask your server about today’s soup or try our 320 Ranch chili with braised bison, elk, and beef chili topped with cheddar cheese and sour cream

Wild King Salmon

Pan seared salmon topped with tomato beurre blanc and charred lemon served with Montana wild grains and seasonal vegetables finished with french-fried shallots  

Elk Piccata

 Seared elk tenderloin medallions topped with a lemon, caper, garlic butter sauce served over mashed Yukon Gold potatoes and seasonal vegetables  

Pesto Pasta

Angel hair pasta tossed with Dailey’s bacon, shallots, garlic,and black olives topped with pesto and crème fraiche   

Add grilled chicken, hanger steak or salmon   

Trout Almondine

Pan seared and flour-dredged trout topped with lemon & parsley infused brown butter and toasted almonds served with Montana wild grains and seasonal vegetables $34

Montana Highland Lamb

Braised lamb shank topped with a rosemary demi-glace served over buttermilk, herb, and celery root mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables  

Cowboy Ribeye
Blackened and cast-iron seared 22-24oz bone-in ribeye served over horseradish Boursin cheese mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables   

320 Smoked Ribs

Applewood-smoked baby-back ribs glazed with a honey barbeque sauce and served with brisket beans, creamy apple-walnut slaw, and potato salad 

Cast Iron Seared Bison 

Cast-iron seared 7oz bison filet wrapped in Dailey’s bacon topped with melted gorgonzola cheese and crispy sage served over Yukon Gold mashed potatoes with seasonal vegetables   

Beef Filet

Grilled 8oz tenderloin served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.  Choose your style:

Oscar Style:  Topped with Pacific crab and béarnaise sauce

Ranch Style:  Topped with a hunter’s mushroom sauce
