50% of each night's stay is necessary to hold your reservation and should be paid by credit card or check at the time you make the reservation.
The deposit is fully refundable less a $15.00 cancellation fee if you cancel 30 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 29 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. For a minimal fee you can purchase traveler's insurance to cover cancellation fees should something unforeseen happen and you need to cancel or delay your trip.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or as soon as the room becomes available. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. In order to accommodate our incoming guests, we would appreciate guests checking out on time in order to avoid a late fee of 50% of the nightly room rate.
The 320 Guest Ranch does allow pets. There is
a $10/day fee per pet. You are required to keep your
pet leashed and under control at all times for the safety
of your pet and all 320 Ranch guests.
Our Housekeeping Department will supply fresh
towels daily and fresh linens every fifth day.
