The 320 Guest Ranch has announced “Back to Basics Meeting Packages” for 2009.  In a year where serious meetings have never been more important, 320 Guest Ranch delivers packages loaded with value, including several add-on opportunities, and priced to meet every budget.

Package for 2 nights, 3 days for a group of 10 or more.

1. Back to Basics Package details:

• Full use of the 320 Guest Ranch conference center for 3 days including “conference set” meeting amenities and service.
• Free parking for your car, truck … or even your horse!
• Wrangler Hot Breakfast Buffet … wear your cowboy hat, boots and stirrups, and you’ll fit right in with the ranch wrangles starting their day in the on-ranch restaurant (smart casual clothing and jeans work too!)
• Mouse Trail Mix and Hot Chocolate, coffee and herbal tea breaks, every day.
• Wireless Internet available throughout most of the ranch.

$69 nightly per person room rates, or even less when sharing cabin guestrooms.

2. Basics PLUS Package details:

• Everything in the “Back to Basics Package” PLUS
• Hike your way to lunch and picnic on the slopes of the Gallatin Mountain Range overlooking the ranch. –Day 1
• Fly fish and Fish Fry lunch. Spend the morning fly fishing, learning the basics of casting, tying flies, and how to filet, grill and serve fish. (For those not interested in eating fish, other options will be provided) -- Day 2

$99 per person daily rates, or less when sharing cabin guestrooms

3. Complete Mountain Meeting Package details: Everything in the Back to Basics and Basics PLUS packages, as well as:

• A trail ride or sleigh ride with a private dinner in a tent by the river or the warming tent in the pasture (depending on time of year), featuring western favorites such as Bison burger, Bratwurst, BBQ chicken, Roasted Pig or Pan-seared Trout, Barbecue and more.
• Teambuilding activities with one of the ranch wranglers:  rope lassoing, trail riding and more!

$139 per person daily rates, or less when sharing cabin guestrooms

At the 320, seasonal activities abound both on and around the ranch abound and a team of wranglers stands ready to assist.  The West Entrance to Yellowstone National Park is less than 30 miles away.

4. Winter Wonderland Special:

• Escape to the 320 Guest Ranch for a night of true Montana hospitality!  Whether it is a romantic getaway, girls’ night out, or a need for some family fun, be the first to take advantage of our Winter Wonderland Special: A star-dotted Sleigh ride pulled by Percheron draft horses; followed by scrumptious cowboy cuisine at the 320 Steakhouse & Saloon; finishing the evening with accommodations in one our cozy cabins.
