Starters

320 Wings

Moose Drool beer braised chicken wings tossed in house made hot sauce served with celery, carrots and choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing

Game and Mushroom

A variety of mushrooms sautéed then finished with madeira cream sauce and gremolata served in a sizzling iron skillet ~ add a combination of elk, bison, and beef

Beef Tartare

Beef Tenderloin topped with a quail yolk served with caper relish, creme fraiche and toast

Salmon Cakes

In House smoked Salmon cakes over arugula served with a Flathead-cherry chipotle sauce

Trout Ceviche

Trout marinated in lime, dill, pico de gallo served chips

Chimichurri Chicken Skewers

Grilled Chicken Tenderloin topped with Chimichurri

Nachos
Corn tortilla chips layered with roasted garlic green chili queso and 320 beans all topped with pico-de-gallo, buttermilk sour cream and avocado mousse

Cast Iron Bison

Cast-iron seared 7oz bison filet wrapped in Dailey’s bacon topped with melted gorgonzola cheese and crispy sage served over Yukon Gold mashed potatoes with seasonal vegetables

New York Strip Steak

New York Strip steak topped with truffle butter, served with fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Elk Picatta

Seared elk tenderloin medallions topped with a lemon, caper, garlic butter sauce served over mashed Yukon Gold potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Beef Filet

Grilled 8oz tenderloin served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.  Choose your style:

Oscar Style:  Topped with Pacific crab and béarnaise sauce

Ranch Style:  Topped with a hunter’s mushroom sauce

Baby Back Ribs

Applewood-smoked baby-back ribs glazed with a honey barbeque sauce and served with brisket beans, creamy apple-walnut slaw, and potato salad

Steak Frites

Hanger steak, marinated in worcestershire and soy topped with chimichurri sauce served with  hand-cut fries
